BACKGROUND
The
Business and Employment Centre (B&EC) is the trading name of Secretarial
Services Limited founded in 1964 initially to provide, as its name indicates,
secretarial services.
The
business was developed over time to provide a more diversified and expanded range
of services to better serve its growing number of Clients. These Clients are from
the private and public sectors, large and small organisations, entrepreneurs and
private individuals. No longer limited to secretarial services, the trading name
of B&EC was adopted in 1994 to better reflect the activities of the company.
Today,
we are the premier supplier of "Temps" in Barbados and a fully fledged
Staffing Firm (or Employment Agency) with a wide choice of services, a constant
flow of excellent candidates and our own professional and dedicated team. Administrative
assistance and secretarial services are still in demand and continue to be available
in our Business Centre in Bridgetown or in your office if you prefer.
B&EC
is
a majority-owned Barbadian Company, a member of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce
and Industry and the Barbados Small Business Association.
